Step 1: Select More Paragraph Options icon from home ribbon.

Step 2: Under Indents and Spacing tab, select Hanging from the Special: drop down menu.

Ensure size is set to 1.27cm. Click OK to save changes.

Windows

Ctrl + T Create a hanging indent
