Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA) is the recognised national voice for allied health professions in Australia, representing and advocating for the role of allied health professionals in our health system.
As the peak national organisation for allied health professions, AHPA has an important strategic leadership role and is the body that the Federal Government and other national organisations turn to when they seek a collective view of allied health.

DAA is the peak body for dietetic and nutrition professionals, representing more than 7,000 members around Australia and overseas. DAA and its members both research and deliver evidence-based information on food and nutrition locally, nationally and internationally.

Founded in 1920, this is Australia’s oldest professional association of complementary therapists. Representing Western herbalists and naturopaths, they are the only national professional association specifically concerned with the practice and education of Western herbal medicine (WHM) in Australia.

The Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA) is a group of qualified, practising scientists and educators from diverse disciplines who are brought together by a common interest in the research and application of nutrition. Founded in 1975, the Society is represented across Australia by Regional Groups and managed by the NSA Council.
