The Concrete Masonry Association of Australia (CMAA) is a national organisation funded by the Australian concrete masonry industry. The CMAA publishes technical manuals, data sheets and software packages, relating to concrete block walling, concrete paving, permeable paving and concrete masonry retaining walls, which are free to download from this website. The Association also conducts workshops and courses and provides a technical advisory service for the construction industry and other users of concrete masonry products.

Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA), a not-for-profit organisation, exists to reduce environmental harm by promoting the production and consumption of environmentally preferable products and services.

Launched in 2002, the GBCA is a national, not-for-profit organisation that is committed to developing a sustainable property industry for Australia by encouraging the adoption of green building practices. It is uniquely supported by both industry and governments across the country.

The Housing Industry Association is Australia’s largest residential building organisation. Members include builders, trade contractors, design professionals, kitchen and bathroom specialists, manufacturers and suppliers.

The Master Builders Association of Victoria was established in 1875 by a group of distinguished builders intent on raising standards within the industry. Since that time the organisation has grown to become a pre-eminent industry voice with members universally renowned for their reliability, skill and professionalism.

Master Builders is the major Australian building and construction industry association. Its primary role is to promote the viewpoints and interests of the building and construction industry and to provide services to members in a broad range of areas including training, legal services, industrial relations, building codes and standards, industry economics and international relations.

The Master Plumbers' and Mechanical Services Association of Australia (MPMSAA) is a registered national employer organisation providing representation and extensive services for a broad base of members in the plumbing and mechanical services sectors. The MPMSAA is a not for profit organisation. The principal activities of the Association are to provide business services, industry representation, training and advice on industrial relations and employment to the membership.

The Victorian Building Authority is a statutory authority that oversees the building control system in Victoria, ensuring the safety, liveability and sustainability of our built environment.

The WMRR is Australia's peak association for waste management professionals. Australian Apprenticeships encompass all apprenticeships and traineeships. They combine time at work with training and can be full-time, part-time or school-based. Australian Apprenticeships are the best way to combine training and employment and they can lead to a nationally recognised qualification. Australian Apprenticeships are available to anyone of working age and do not require any entry qualifications. Australian Apprentices are available to school-leavers, those re-entering the workforce or those wishing to change careers.

The Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) is a Council of Australian Government (COAG) standards writing body that is responsible for the National Construction Code (NCC) which comprises the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA). It is a joint initiative of all three levels of government in Australia. The ABCB address issues of safety and health, amenity and sustainability in the design, construction and performance of buildings.

The Australasian Procurement and Construction Countil Inc (APCC) is the peak council whose members are responsible for procurement, construction and asset management policy for the Australia, State and Territory Governments and the New Zealand Government.

Safe Work Australia is an Australian Government statutory agency established in 2009, with the primary responsibility of improving work health and safety and workers’ compensation arrangements across Australia. Safe Work Australia represents a genuine partnership between governments, unions and industry. Together we work towards the goal of reducing death, injury and disease in the workplace.
