Navigating the homepage
Navigating the homepage is very easy, the main menu options are the easiest way to navigate around the site. Use the explore disciplines section to view resources for all the different study areas and use browse books to find a list of ebooks.
Bloomsbury have added an easy way to select your discipline. You can now click on your discipline from the titles on the homepage.
Bloomsbury have also added a browse featured books section to the homepage. This section compiles books from all disciplines together as books that are popular or important. You can scroll through and find ones related to your discipline.
You can search for ebooks by clicking on the 'Browse Books' button on the top menu. You can type searches into the search bar, you can scroll through the available eBooks and you can also view eBooks that you have already again (displayed on the left hand side of the screen).
Featured content is extremely useful for discovering particular aspects of each study area (i.e.: Fashion).
The featured content will explore one theme and points to resources for each of the study areas. For example, this theme is exploring sketching in visual arts and is pointing to resources within each study area.
To access this content, click on the banner on the homepage.
Featured content aims to inspire you for your designs and inform for your studies. Featured content changes regularly to highlight different content areas. Click on your discipline of study (i.e. architecture and interiors) to find out information about how this content is related to your area. You can also find previously featured content at the bottom of the page.
