To register an account with the NCC:
1. Go to the ABCB website via the databases page, or go to http://www.abcb.gov.au/
2. Click Register within the yellow menu at the top right.
3. Fill in the required information, Check I Agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click Register.
4. You are now required to verify your account. You will be emailed a registraiton verification link.
5. Open the NCC mail and click on the link titled Click Here to verify your email address
6. Your account should now be validated. Click on Continue to the NCC Resources page.
