Access Australian Standards via the Library. The database will allow you to download printable PDFs for 5 days, after which they will expire. If needed for longer, you may print them or download them again.
Register by following the instruction on the Australian Standards Guide
The National Construction Code (NCC) is freely available online via the ABCB website.
To gain access to NCC, you will need to register by creating your own (free) individual login on the ABCB website:
https://www.abcb.gov.au/User/Register
Once logged in, you will have the option of printing the codes or downloading them in PDF format.
