Video: Calculating Cool

Calculating Cool is Australia’s first free online energy-efficiency rating tool. Heating ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems account for the majority of energy consumption in commercial office buildings. The calculator allows users to benchmark the performance of HVAC systems in Australian office buildings with a Nett Lettable Area of 2,000m2 or more. Calculating Cool has been developed in collaboration with industry bodies including AIRAH, the Property Council of Australia (PCA), the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMAA), and the Air-conditioning and Mechanical Contractors' Association (AMCA).
