Log in to renew items and check holds.
User ID: Student ID or Staff ID (eg. 100XXXXXX)
Password: Date of birth (DDMMYYYY) (e.g. 18 December 1991 is 18121991)

When viewing an item you have additional options, such as placing a hold.
Place a hold to reserve an item currently Out of library, or to have the item sent to another Library branch for collection.
Under Get it, click on Place Hold.
To place a hold, input your Holmesglen ID number (e.g. 100123456) and password.
Select the Library branch you would like to collect the item.
Check the confirmation screen says the hold has been successfully placed.
From Holmesglen Library, click on My Library Account, and then log in to access your account.
From this screen you can see:
Select Checkouts or Holds to see more information.
To renew items or remove holds, check the box next to the item.
Click on Renew selected items or Cancel selected holds.

Holds: If an item has a hold on it, it cannot be renewed. It must be returned to the Library. Late returns will incur fines.
