DRMed PDFs that were downloaded before Saturday, May 22, 2021 may need to be re-downloaded. If you see an “Invalid parameters. Please re-download this document” error when you try to open a DRMed PDF from Techstreet Enterprise, you will need to re-download that PDF to access it.
